Date: Friday 18 May 2018
Carmel Valley singer songwriter Scott Fenton is a local firefighter who has always had the rock star dream. Fenton returns to perform at Cooper’s Pub on Friday, May 18. Growing up on the Monterey Peninsula, Scott played drums and sang for a number of local garage bands, but took a break from music to focus on family and a day job. Along the way he learned a few chords on a guitar, started some home recording, and eventually got up the nerve to put himself in front of a crowd of strangers. Scott has an album out (and plays at several venues around the Peninsula with a mix of originals and a healthy play list of old and new cover tunes.
Music starts at 8:30 PM. There is no cover charge.
Free parking for locals in the Cannery Row Garage. Just show your driver’s license with a “939″ zip code after 4:00 PM.
